At KhareedoYaar Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
  • Customized or special-order products

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or wrong items
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • Mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa/JazzCash)
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer may need to pay the return shipping fee

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be returned according to this policy

  • Please record a video while opening your parcel as proof in case of damaged or missing items
  • Without proof, return/refund requests may not be accepted
